Once your order is processed and the plantation service is accomplished, refunds are not possible.

✅ Resources (nurseries, labor, land, management) are allocated as soon as you place the order.
✅ The ecological and social impact of your support begins immediately upon project initiation.
We highly encourage all customers—both individuals and corporates—to review and confirm their selections carefully before placing the order.
2. Order Conversion or Adjustment
While we do not offer refunds, we do offer flexibility in certain situations.
If you need to convert your order into another plantation program or project of equal or higher value, you can:
